1 John 3:13-15 (NKJV)    13 Do not marvel, my brethren, if the world hates you.  14 We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love the brethren. He who does not love  his  brother abides in death.  15 Whoever hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him.   Dear people of God, Christians who pray for their human enemies to die are praying out of ignorance and in direct contrast to what the Lord Jesus Christ commanded.   The reason such Christians pray this way is because according to them their human enemy does not wish them well and wants them to suffer and even to die.   These Christians are stating the obvious but reacting in sin.   Such folks forget that non-Christians are under the influence of the devil, who is the god of this age   – 2 Corinthians 4:4.
