The online dictionary defines disobedience as “ failure or refusal to obey rules or someone in authority”. The world is facing all the calamities today because of an act of disobedience to God’s commands. Thousands of years ago, God gave a simple instruction to Adam and Eve to eat of the fruit of every tree in the Garden of Eden except the tree of the knowledge of good and evil in the middle of the Garden. Only God knows for how long Adam and Eve kept this instruction until one day when the devil came and deceived Eve into disobeying God and Eve also made her husband Adam disobey God as well – Genesis 2:16-17; 3:1-12.
