Isaiah 41:10-13 -  10 Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. Since God has the final say in all things, it follows that all He says is true forever (Isaiah 40:8). Dear people of God, in today's Bible reading we find our Lord Jesus Christ rebuking two of His Apostles for wanting to call fire from heaven on their enemies in a Samaritan transit town for refusing to receive their Master Jesus Christ. The Jews and Samaritans had a history of enmity (John 4:9) so the call for destruction of their enemies was normal for Apostles James and John. Scientists have estimated that there are about 37.2 TRILLION cells in the human body! If we were to line the cells one by one it would form a length that would be about 744,000 kilometres! And these are building blocks of life that are in every adult human body. Though there are different cells that last several days or even weeks forming tissues and organs to perform different functions in the body, the human body loses about 96 million cells every minute and the same number of cells is reproduced within the same time period to replace the lost ones. Dear friend, knowing that without cells no human being would survive, and knowing that every human being came from the relations between a man and woman and end up with these number of cells in their bodies, how can one not be amazed at this great wonder of the world? Most people are afraid of death and the reason is because they see death as the very end and are unsure if there is a life after death or what becomes of them after death. Death came into the world when Adam and Eve disobeyed God's command not to eat the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil in the middle of the Garden of Eden. Eve allowed satan or the devil to deceive her to eat the fruit of that tree and she gave to Adam who also earth and thus they died spiritually, became separated from God and eventually died physically (Genesis 3). Since then, every human being born into this world comes with the spiritual sin inherited from Adam and Eve, our first parents and thus everyone is destined to die physically as we have all come to know (Romans 5:12). Ever since I came to the realization of the value and power in God's Word, I have taken a conscious effort to study His Word and apply it in every area of my life - by PRAYER and by DECLARATION. During conversation with people, I take time to listen to what they have to say and then advise them using God's Word. No matter what you think or know is your problem, there is an answer for it in God's Word. Let me remind you for sake of emphasis that God's written Word is found ONLY in the Holy Bible and nowhere else. No matter what anyone believes or thinks, what I have just stated in the preceding paragraph is a fact and is the truth.
