WALKING BY FAITH

2 Corinthians 5:7 (AMPC) " For we walk by faith [we regulate our lives and conduct ourselves by our conviction or belief respecting man's relationship to God and divine things, with trust and holy fervor; thus we walk] not by sight or appearance.”   Dear people of God, there is a popular saying that “seeing is believing” and many choose this statement without realizing that it means walking by sight.   As Christians, we are called to walk by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and His finished work on the Cross of Calvary for us.   God has made it clear that nobody can please Him except the person walks by faith in Him, believes He exists and is a rewarder of anyone who diligently seeks Him – Hebrews 11:6.   It is when we diligently seek God by faith that we would become more intimately aware of His great power and how to appropriate it in our daily lives for our spiritual and material benefits.   Speaking about our Messiah Jesus Christ, we are told in 1 Peter 1...

BELIEVE GOD’S WORD AND DAMN ALL CONSEQUENCES

  Romans 3:3-4a (KJV For what if some did not believe? Shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect? 4 God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar.   Dear people of God, I thank God for the understanding He has given me about His Word in the Holy Bible.   I don’t know about you, dear friend, but what I have come to understand about God’s Word is that if it says something about me as my right as a child of God, then I must surely receive the benefit of whatever God’s Word has stated.   The reason I say so is simple: God cannot fail and God cannot lie – Luke 1:37; Jeremiah 32:27; Numbers 23:19.   For instance, I hear people complain that some Churches collect monies from their congregation to build schools that most of their members who contributed are unable to afford such schools.   While this may sound true to the natural mind, what does the Lord Jesus Christ, the Word of God say in Mark 9:23b?, “ [Why,] all things can be (are possi...
