Acts 18:24-26 (AMPC)   “ Meanwhile, there was a Jew named Apollos, a native of Alexandria, who came to Ephesus. Ephesians 6:1-3 (AMPC)   “ CHILDREN, OBEY your parents in the Lord [as His representatives], for this is just and right.   2 Honour (esteem and value as precious) your father and your mother – this is the first commandment with a promise – [ Exodus 20:12.]   3 That all may be well with you and that you may live long on the earth.”     Dear people of God, there are many Christians who do not understand the import of God’s Word and the power and consequence therein, not until the Holy Spirit or someone inspired by God’s Spirit explains it to them.   Today Holy Bible text is one of such messages.   It tells us that our parents are God’s representatives on this earth and so we MUST obey them.   It further tells us to honour our father and mother and there is a promise attached, which is, that ALL may be well with us and that we may live long on the earth.   Now consider this, what do you think is the consequence for any child who refuses to obey...
