Of God and Mankind

  Mark 8:36-37 (AMPC)   “ For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world, and forfeit his life [in the eternal K ingdom of God]?   37 For what can a man give as an exchange (a compensation, a ransom, in return) for his [blessed] life [in the eternal K ingdom of God]?”   Dear people of God, in the first week of July 2020, we were inundated with stories of a notorious Nigerian fraudster who was arrested in Dubai for the fraudulent hacking into companies and individual bank accounts and stealing of hundreds of millions of dollars of people’s money.   This young Nigerian fellow was working with others in different parts of the world in a criminal ring that caused real pain for many innocent and hardworking folks, ripping them off their money through a well-coordinated fraud ring.   What is sad about this is that this fraudster as of then had over 2 million Instagram followers where he unashamedly displayed evidence of his accomplishments t...

Mark 10:6-8  “ But from the beginning of creation God made them male and female. [Gen. 1:27; 5:2.]   7 For this reason a man shall leave [behind] his father and his mother  and be joined to his wife and cleave closely to her permanently,   8 And the two shall become one flesh, so that they are no longer two, but one flesh.
