Of God and Mankind

Whenever I contemplate the love of Jesus Christ for me, I feel elated. Whenever I speak about Him to others, I feel a sense of confidence and joy in my spirit. Why is this so, you may ask? Well, the reason is because over and over again in my life I have experienced the unfathomable love, joy and peace of knowing Jesus Christ. For you to have this same experience, you must study the Word of God, the Holy Bible, to know the Person of Jesus Christ. There is no other book written in this world that can give you a complete and accurate experience of Jesus like the Holy Bible. The more I study the Bible, the more excited I get. It therefore pains me whenever I explain this love of God to an unbeliever and the person makes statements that show a complete ignorance of the Person of the Lord Jesus Christ. I was just watching a crime and investigation channel on cable television where I saw two cases of people affected by schizophrenia who were interviewed by a medical investigator. The first person had killed a complete stranger he met the same night while the second person killed his mother, brother and step dad. What is common in both cases is that the 2 men said they heard voices for many years telling them what to do evil and at times commanding them to kill the people they attacked. Ever since the Lord Jesus Christ left His Glorious Throne in Heaven, came into this world as a human, died for the redemption of mankind and left the Gospel for Christians to share with others, satan has been trying all means to distract Christians and create confusion in their understanding of the Gospel. A time was in the Church’s history when there was debate on the eternal Divinity of the Lord Jesus Christ, with some people falsely proclaiming that there was a time when only God the Father existed and later on He created God the Son, our Lord Jesus Christ.
