Dear friend, there is palpable fear the world over concerning the so called Coronavirus pandemic or covid-19 as coined by the World Health Organization (W.H.O.). Medical experts are proffering various suggestions as to what could be done to stem the evil tide. Social media miscreants are spreading rumours, conspiracy theories, panic and outright lies to deceive and probably kill people with faint hearts who are unwilling to first check and confirm facts before taking action. Political leaders of affected nations are reeling out measures after measures on economic, social, medical and political activities meant to assist their populace to remain upbeat and alive until the crisis subsides. Economies of nations are shutting down, people are engaged in panic buying of food and other essential items for the period they have been told to stay at home in the worst hit nations.
