Many Christian couples erroneously believe marriage is a license to commit immorality by the things they do to themselves on their marital beds and even in watching pornography. These days it is so sad to read excuses people give for committing crimes. I saw a headline just moments ago of a man arrested at an airport with 66 wraps of heroin in his body. For those who don’t know, heroin is a psychoactive drug, i.e. it is an illegal stimulant that a cts on the central nervous system to alter the chemical balance that controls a person's moods & thoughts and affects behaviour . This man is a computer teacher and the excuse he gave is that he swallowed the wraps of heroin to help his dying son. Sometime recently, I saw another headline of an arrested armed robber who said he went into armed robbery to help his siblings. These are the kinds of stories one reads these days and it shows a world in dire need of a Saviour. Indeed, there is a Saviour Who has told us to come to Him to take away our burdens. Dear friend, until you know who you are in Christ Jesus as a Christian, you will continue to struggle in life and probably wondering at times if God does not love you.
