GOD CANNOT VIOLATE YOUR WILL (3)

Revelation 22:11-12

“He who is unrighteous (unjust, wicked), let him be unrighteous still; and he who is filthy (vile, impure), let him be filthy still; and he who is righteous (just, upright, in right standing with God), let him do right still; and he who is holy, let him be holy still.

12 Behold, I am coming soon, and I shall bring My wages and rewards with Me, to repay and render to each one just what his own actions and his own work merit.”

Dear people of God, today’s lead Holy Bible text is another evidence that God cannot violate your will and the reason again is for the individual to be accountable for his or her actions as a result of freewill.

The lead Holy Bible text also shows there are consequences for each right or wrong decisions we take in life as a result of freewill.

Pastor Enoch Adeboye of the RCCG once gave a testimony of a lady who was being prayed for to cast out from her the demon behind evil powers she possessed.

When the demon behind the evil powers was not being cast out with the prayers made, the lady eventually gave the reason why.

She confessed that she did not want the demon behind the evil powers out of her because she had been using it to control her spouse to make him obey her every wish and so that wouldn’t happen anymore when the evil power was taken away!

Dear friend, there is a very important lesson to learn here. There is no amount of prayers that would work for a demon possessed person as long as the person wants the demon in him or her.

However, it is pertinent to note that this is for a person who is not related to you by blood. For someone related to you by blood, you have authority as a Believer over the demon as Jesus Christ has given believers in His Word in Luke 10:19.

This means you can break the power of satan over your spouse, children, siblings and relatives. But unless the person is willing to let go of the demon, you cannot break satan’s hold over a person unrelated to you by blood.

You must note the distinction so you don’t waste your time praying for people who of their own freewill have chosen to frolic with the devil.

Unfortunately for such people, the Lord Jesus Christ has made it clear that He would reward everyone accordingly once He returns in His second coming, which is imminent.

Dear friend, please don’t joke with the fact that Jesus Christ is coming soon. He wants people to be ready for Him but eventually He will come and this time around to take in Rapture those who have chosen sincerely of their freewill to follow Him.

So many people who profess Christianity today would be shocked and disappointed at the fact that they would be left behind after Jesus has taken His people.

This is why you must make up your mind to live a righteous life according to God’s commands in the Holy Bible and not according to your opinions and ideas shaped by human beings and worldly wisdom.

As it is written in Colossians 2:8, “See to it that no one carries you off as spoil or makes you yourselves captive by his so-called philosophy and intellectualism and vain deceit (idle fancies and plain nonsense), following human tradition (men's ideas of the material rather than the spiritual world), just crude notions following the rudimentary and elemental teachings of the universe and disregarding [the teachings of] Christ (the Messiah).”

May the good Lord bless you as you heed His Word today, act on it and share with others in Jesus’ Most Holy Name, Amen.

HOW DO YOU CONTROL VIOLENCE IN PEOPLE?

Hebrews 12:14 (AMPC)  “ Strive to live in peace with everybody and pursue that consecration  and holiness without which no one will [ever] see the Lord.”   Dear people of God, I read sometime in December 2019 ago of a police inspector in Nigeria who shot and killed his colleague, a corporal, and the same shot injured another colleague, a deputy Superintendent of police after which the police inspector took his own life.   What could have led to such violence?   I also read of another unfortunate story of a lady killed December 25, 2019, Christmas Day, by her husband who had beaten her to a coma and then ran away after discovering what he had done. GOD CANNOT VIOLATE HIS WORD

  Psalm 89:34  “My covenant I will not violate, nor will I alter the utterance of My lips.” Dear people of God, today’s lead Bible text in Psalm 89:34 is a profound statement by God Almighty and Father of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. What this statement from God means is that there is nothing He has said in His Word that He will fail to perform.
