HUMAN WISDOM VERSUS DIVINE WISDOM

In our world, we usually hear a lot of advice and submissions from people on a number of issues. While these advice and submissions may sound good to the human ear and mind, their value, especially for a Christian should always be judged on the basis of what the Word of God says.

If someone has given you advice and such advice is confirmed in Sacred Scriptures, that advice has been given on the basis of Divine Wisdom or the Spirit or Grace of God and it is sound. Anyone who receives such advice and acts on it will always find the truth.

If on the other hand, the advice is contrary to what the Word of God says for a Christian, such advice is derived from human wisdom. Anyone who gives such advice and the person who receives or acts on such advice cannot be said to be a child of God because a child of God obeys God's commands and is led by the Spirit of God as the Holy Bible tells us in 1 John 3:24.

The Bible tells us in 1 Corinthians 1:21, For God in His wisdom made it impossible for people to know Him by means of their own wisdom. Instead, by means of the so-called "foolish" message we preach, God decided to save those who believe.

In verses 24-25, it says, But for those whom God has called, both Jews and Gentiles, this message is Christ, who is the power of God and the wisdom of God. For what seems to be God's foolishness is wiser than human wisdom, and what seems to be God's weakness is stronger than human strength.

In 1 Corinthians 2:12-16, We have not received this world's spirit; instead, we have received the Spirit sent by God, so that we may know all that God has given us. So then, we do not speak in words taught by human wisdom, but in words taught by the Spirit, as we explain spiritual truths to those who have the Spirit.

Whoever does not have the Spirit cannot receive the gifts that come from God's Spirit. Such a person really does not understand them; they are nonsense to him, because their value can by judged only on a spiritual basis.

Whoever has the Spirit, however, is able to judge the value of everything, but no one is able to judge him. As the scripture says, "Who knows the mind of the Lord? Who is able to give Him advice?" We, however, have the mind of Christ.

In His second letter to the Corinthians, Paul writes in 2 Corinthians 1:12, We are proud that our conscience assures us that our lives in this world, and especially our relations with you, have been ruled by God-given frankness and sincerity, by the power of God's grace, and not by human wisdom."

Human wisdom originates from satan who is ALWAYS trying to deceive people into following him so they can end up in hell fire with him and his demons who have already been condemned there for their rebellion against their Creator God Almighty.

By now, it should be clear to you, dear friend, how Divine Wisdom or Wisdom from God operates by the power of God's Holy Spirit and how only those who are sincerely in union with God through our Lord Jesus Christ can understand and operate on the level of Divine Wisdom.

Anyone who desires to make success in life, be a friend of God and enter heaven at the end of his or her life MUST strive to obtain Divine wisdom by the power of God's Holy Spirit. Human wisdom cannot accomplish anything and most times is contrary to God's Divine wisdom and would lead one the wrong way and eventually to hell fire.

To obtain Divine Wisdom, one MUST be joined to our Lord Jesus Christ sincerely, having repented of sins and accepting the Lordship of Jesus with a commitment to live a life that pleases God by the power of His Holy Spirit.I urge you, dear friend to turn to Jesus today while you are still alive as tomorrow may be too late.

I will now give examples of human wisdom and Divine Wisdom so it can be clear to you why Divine wisdom is the way to go for every right thinking person who is desirous of making heaven and avoiding eternal punishment in hell fire:

1	You can get married and divorced as many times as you wish as long as you can find happiness in your relationship	God hates divorce and He expects every believer to have ONLY one spouse (Malachi 2:16; Titus 1:6)
2	You can dress however you like to Church since God only looks at the heart.	The decision to dress indecently and execute other evil ideas comes from the heart and defiles a person (Mark 7:22-23). Also, Ephesians 5:5.
3	It is a man’s world and men can therefore behave anyhow towards their wives.	Husbands MUST love their wives as Christ loved the Church and gave His life for it. (Ephesians 5:25-29)
4	If you cannot beat them, then join them.	Whoever is a child of God does not continue to sin, for God’s very nature is in him; and because God is his Father, he cannot continue to sin (1 John 3:9-10)
5	If your spouse cannot give you a child OR a male child, look outside so you can have someone to bear your name when you die.	Adulterers are destined to hell fire unless they repent (1 Corinthians 6:9-10)
6	One Race is superior to the other	God created all human beings in His image and likeness (Genesis1: 26-27). All men who are in union with Christ Jesus by faith are equal before God (Galatians 3:26-29)
7	You can consult the spirits of your dead relatives	God hates such things (Leviticus 20:27)
8	There is Purgatory where souls not good enough to enter heaven and not bad enough to enter hell will go for a while to be purged of sin to be made clean before entering heaven	There is ONLY heaven and hell, no purgatory. Heaven is for those who have SINCERELY repented of sins, accepted Jesus Christ as Lord of their lives and live a righteous life by the power of God’s Holy Spirit and obey God’s righteous commands until they die. Hell fire is for those who disobey God’s holy commands, do as they please and die in sin without repenting (Matthew 25:31-46).
9	There are many ways to get to God	The ONLY way to God is through our Lord Jesus Christ, the Messiah (Act 4:11-12;  1 Timothy 2:5)
10	The devil you know is better than the angel you don’t know	Angels are spirits who serve God and are sent by Him to help those who are to receive salvation (Hebrews 1:14). On the other hand, demons are spirits that sinned and rebelled with satan against God Almighty and were thrown out of heaven to hell where they are condemned FOREVER. (Revelations 12:7-9;  16:14)
11	You need connection to make it in life	God condemns those who trust in men and blesses those who trust in Him (Jeremiah 17:5-8; Psalm 146:3-10)
12	To get what you want, you have to use what you have including your body  if you have to	Fornicators, immoral and greedy people will end up FOREVER in hell unless they repent (Ephesians 5:5; 1 Timothy 6:7-10)
13	Marry only someone in your social status class	All mankind is equal before God (Galatians 3:26-29)
14	One way to succeed and have long life is to join occultic societies	God detests idolatry. God alone is to be worshipped, adored and glorified as all idolaters will go to hell (Exodus 20:1-7; 1 Corinthians 6:9-10). If a human MUST succeed by honouring God, enjoy long life and happiness, he or she MUST refrain from evil and lies (Psalm 34:11-14).
15	God understands if the money I get is even from an unclean source (including prostitution, armed robbery, embezzlement) as long as I pay my tithes and help the poor	God commands us NOT to steal or WHATEVER does not belong to us no matter how little. (Exodus 20:15; 1 Corinthians 6:9-10). Getting money by immoral or dishonest means will lead to hell fire (Proverbs 21:6, 27)
16	As a man, you don’t have to declare your income to your spouse as long as you are taking care of the bills	In Marriage, the couple are no longer two but one in ALL things and nothing should be hidden or done in secret (Ephesians 5:31-33)
17	As a woman, your spouse does not have to know your income since he is the one to provide for the family. My income is for me while my husband’s is for the family.	In Marriage, the couple are no longer two but one in ALL things and nothing should be hidden or done in secret (Ephesians 5:31-33)
18	It is okay to take your spouse’s money without telling him or her; after all, the bible says we are one	God commands us NOT to steal or WHATEVER does not belong to us no matter how little without the owner’s consent. (Exodus 20:15; 1 Corinthians 6:9-10)
19	Since all people are equal, as a woman my husband and I are equal so I can do whatever I like without consulting him	Wives must submit completely to their husbands as to the Lord (Ephesians 6:22-24)
20	It’s a free world so I can do whatever I like as long as it make me happy	If you are truly a child of God, there MUST be a new difference in your life as people will see. You cannot live as you please (2 Corinthians 5:17-18; Ephesians 4:17-32)
21	Human beings are higher animals and  evolved from apes	God created all human beings in His image and likeness (Genesis1: 26-27). Human beings NEVER evolved from apes.
