THE WILL OF GOD ALONE IS ALWAYS CARRIED OUT

There is ONLY one God. He has always existed before time began, still exists and will exist FOREVER. There is none like Him. There can never be any like Him, not now, not ever. He is the Creator of the Universe, the Heavens, the earth and all that is them.

God is Holy, Perfect, Immortal, Omnipotent, Omnipresent, Omniscient, Magnificent, Glorious, Mighty, Loving, Merciful, Kind, Adorable, Great, Righteous, Good, Gracious, Wise; in fact, there is simply no limit to the amount of beautiful words in which to describe His greatness.

God is Majesty. He alone is King forever. He does not depend on anyone or anything for His existence. No one or absolutely nothing is greater than God Almighty. Everything in creation depends on God. Apart from Him, nothing exists.

When we say God is Omnipotent, it means His power has no limit. It means ALL authority belongs to Him. It means there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING that can withstand Him. It means God alone can do all things.

When we say God is Omnipresent, it means He is everywhere. It means His presence permeates the entire Universe and nothing is hidden from Him. He can see everything. As His Word tells us in Jeremiah 23:23-24, "I am a God who is everywhere and not in one place only. No one can hide where I cannot find him. Do you not know that I am everywhere in heaven and on earth?

When we say God is Omniscient, it means He is the embodiment of ALL knowledge and Wisdom. God knows everything. There is no limit to His knowledge. He sees all and knows all. Nothing is comparable to His Divine Wisdom. It is written in the Bible Book of Job 9:4, God is so wise and powerful; no man can stand up against Him.

God is Greater than the greatest, Wiser than the wisest, Mightier than the mightiest, Bigger than the biggest, Better than the best, Holier than the holiest, Finer than the finest, more Precious than the most precious.

With whom can God be compared? Absolutely no one. He alone is God. When you take time to study creation and its wonders, you cannot but marvel at the greatness of God.

In spite of all God's qualities, attributes and magnificence clearly displayed in the order of the Universe as evidence, there are some who still say there is no God. They call themselves atheists - how sad and unfortunate for such people!

The Bible says in Psalm 14:1, Fools say to themselves, "There is no God." God has made Himself known in many visible ways so people who say He does not exist are to be pitied and the reason I say so is because whether they like it or not, whether they believe it or not, the fact that God is real and exists cannot be changed.

The Bible says in Romans 1:20, Ever since God created the world, His invisible qualities, both His eternal power and His Divine nature, have been clearly seen; they are perceived in the things that God has made.

Now if God's existence is a sure fact, and these qualities and attributes of His are a sure fact, it then follows that whoever has God as His Father is highly blessed and favoured because God is a Father who can never fail.

It then follows that whatever God decrees MUST happen - nothing in all of creation can stop God from having His way in anything. What God says, must happen; what God wants, must happen; what God wills, must happen, because He is God Almighty, the ONE AND ONLY ONE.

God tells His people in Isaiah 43:10-13, "People of Israel, you are my witnesses; I chose you to be my servant, so that you would know me and believe in me and understand that I am the only God. Besides me there is no other god; there never was and never will be.

I alone am the Lord, the only one who can save you. I predicted what would happen, and I came to you aid. No foreign god has ever done this; you are my witnesses. I am God and always will be. No one can escape from my power; no one can change what I do."

If this is what our Father God Almighty says, it then means only His will MUST be done at all times. It does not matter what man believes or thinks, only God's will is done. We are told in the Bible book of Lamentations 3:37, The will of the Lord ALONE is ALWAYS carried out.

If this is the case, which indeed it is, why does man waste his time trying to do man's will? If no one can change God's will as God Himself has clearly stated, it means man MUST CONSCIOUSLY AND CONSCIENTIOUSLY seek God's will always to do it.

One may now ask, How will one know if he or she is doing God's will or man's will? The answer is simple: study God's Word in the Holy Bible to see and know His will and do ONLY His will. As the Bible tells us in 2 Timothy 3:16-17, All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful for teaching the truth, rebuking error, correcting faults, and giving instruction for right living, so that the person who serves God may be fully qualified and equipped to do every kind of good deed.

We can also know God's will from inspired messages given by God to men. As Scripture tells us in 1 Thessalonians 5:19-22, "Do not restrain the Holy Spirit; do not despise inspired messages. Put all things to the test: keep what is good and avoid every kind of evil."

We can also know God's will by going to Church (Body of Christ) to thank God for all He has done for us, worship Him sincerely and listen to His Word. As God says in His Word in Malachi 2:7, "It is the duty of priests to teach the true knowledge of God. People should go to them to learn my will, because they are the messengers of the Lord Almighty.

Dear friend, you have read today and now know that it is God's will ALONE that is ALWAYS done and absolutely nothing can change it or stop it from happening. You have also known how to know God's will as His Word has told you.

The next logical and right step is to obey God's word, decide in your mind to know His will and also to do His will as the ONLY assurance of salvation. The correct way to complete the process is to repent sincerely of sin and unrighteousness, turn to the Lord Jesus Christ, God's ONLY begotten Son, accept Him as Lord and Saviour of your life and ask for His Holy Spirit to guide you to the truth about God.

Once you know God's will and act on it sincerely and wholeheartedly, His blessings are sure to flow because that is His promise (John 15:5-7).
