WHAT IS YOUR MOST VALUABLE POSSESSION?

If you were asked what your most valuable possession were, what would be your answer? Or is it a difficult question to answer?

I believe the answer people would give would depend on what they cherish most - for some, it is their car, some their children, some their money, some their marriage, some their spouse, some their business, some their home.

For many people, it would be material things. Only very few would consider spiritual things as their most prized possession.

When God created man, he made man out of the dust of the earth and breathed into him to make him a living being (Genesis 2:7). A human is thus composed of body, spirit and soul.

The human body matures from childhood into adolescence, teenage years, adulthood, middle age and then begins to deteriorate into old age.

The spirit is the part of the human that gives life, the breath of the Almighty God that returns to God when a person dies. When a person dies and is buried, the body or flesh decomposes and turns back to dust.

However, the soul is the part of a human that is immortal or cannot die and it is the soul that differentiates one person from another. It is here human beings resemble God when, as the Bible tells us, man is created in God's image and likeness (Genesis 1:26-27), and not the fairy tale and lies from the pit of hell and satan that teaches that humans evolved from apes.

It is only human beings that God created in His image and likeness and no other creature was created this way and God did it because of His immense love for humans.

Since the soul is immortal and cannot die, when a human dies on earth, the person's soul goes to account for how the person lived on earth. 

If the person knew Christ Jesus, accepted Jesus and lived according to His commands as contained in His Word, the Holy Bible, the person will go up to heaven for eternity FOREVER to be with our Great King and Messiah Jesus Christ.

If on the other hand the person died on earth either without receiving Jesus Christ or having received Him on earth, failed to live in accordance with His commands as contained in His Word, the Holy Bible, and died in that state, the person will go down to hell fire FOREVER to be with satan or the devil and his demons, who are presently torturing those who died on earth in sin.

The same satan who deceived the person to disobey God's commands while here on earth would be the one to torture the person and ask why he or she refused to obey God's commands faithfully.

What this means is that satan is a liar and deceiver, making sin look like a wise choice and deceiving people to do his bidding on earth while laughing at them, in anticipation that the person would die in sin and join him in hell FOREVER because he, satan and his demons have been condemned forever to hell because of rebellion against God.

Currently, satan and his demons are torturing lost souls in hell but their own punishment is coming in future when satan, demons, death and hell with all those currently being tortured there by satan would be cast forever into lake of fire for eternal torture (Revelation 20:10, 14 and 21:8) in the second death.

The sad truth and reality is that any soul that gets into hell forever has no second chance of repenting no matter how sorry that soul is, for having lived a sinful life here on earth.

Another sad truth is that satan is also behind the deceit of people that there is reincarnation, where a person will die and be born into another family in another part of the world. 

Some also believe as satan has deceived them that nothing happens after a person has died and the person just stops existing.

These are all manipulations of the devil and it is most unfortunate for those who choose to believe such lies and deceit because that is satan's very intention - to deceive people on earth to disobey God, then die in sin and end up FOREVER in hell with him, satan and his demons.

Dear friend, by now as you have read, one thing should be obvious to you, which is, that your soul, is your most valuable possession, not the money in the bank or whatever material things you have.

All things you have on earth - family, friends, acquaintances, formal school certificates, job, cars, houses, money, business, whatever - will all pass away but your soul remains forever to account for the choices you made while alive on earth as a human being and that determines where you will spend eternity.

If you are fortunate to be alive to read this and you are yet to value your soul because you enjoy sin currently, you still have hope but that hope may not last long.

Jesus Christ, our Lord and Messiah, came to earth in human form to die for our sins to reconcile us to God. 

He has commissioned His followers, Christians, to live an exemplary life as He did and as He commands in His Word, the Holy Bible, to teach others to do the same and to win converts of sinners into His Kingdom of Light.

If you believe Jesus Christ died on the Cross of Calvary for your sins, and accept Him (Jesus Christ) as your Lord and Saviour, then faithfully and diligently obey His commands, once you die, your soul will be go to be with Him forever in heaven.

If you refuse to believe and then die, hell fire with satan and demons is the eternal destination FOREVER without a second chance of repentance.

Dear friend, it does not matter what you believe. The fact and truth is, God Almighty has the final say in all things and what He has said in His Word, the Holy Bible, remains forever true (Psalm 119:89) and absolute nothing can change it.

Jesus Christ invites you NOW, today, to believe His Word, and make the right choice. Tomorrow or later may be too late. Value your soul today and choose Christ Jesus.

 Not only would He make life pleasurable for you here on earth but He would see you through any and every difficulty you experience as a Christian and when you die or when He comes in Rapture any time NOW, He will take you with Him forever.

Jesus Christ asked an important question while here as a human being on earth in His Word in Matthew 16:26, "For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?"

Jesus asks this question even today as you read because He knows many people would sell their soul to satan for fame and money but eventually die and perish forever in hell. So many people who once sold their soul to satan and became famous and wealthy are now dead, in hell and regretting but it is too late for them.

I urge you dear friend, do not sell your soul to satan for wealth or fame but rather, give it to the owner, God Almighty by accepting Jesus Christ His Son our Lord and Saviour. 

You can never regret giving your soul back to God your Creator because He alone loves you so much to have created you in His image and likeness.

Jesus Christ says even if you have sold your soul to satan for fame and wealth, as long as you are a human being on this earth, you still have a chance to escape hell fire forever once you give your life sincerely to Jesus Christ and ask Him to protect you.

It will be too late if you die without receiving Jesus.

Jesus ALONE has power to do all things and nothing is impossible for Him (Matthew 19:26).
