WHAT CHRISTIANS AND EVERYONE ELSE SHOULD FOCUS ON

If you understand and apply the Word of God as it should be for a Christian, there are things you should ordinarily not struggle with.

The question therefore is, why are many Christians mostly focused on satan and evil and not on God and Heaven? Why are Christians so scared to exercise their authority as Children of God (John  1:12)?

The answer lies in a Bible verse in Hosea 4:6a, where God says, “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge."

Our Lord Jesus Christ clearly tells us in Luke 10:19-20, "Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and NOTHING shall by any means hurt you.

Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven."

Dear friend, the Master Jesus Christ has given us authority over ALL the power of the enemy, whether satan, demons and their human agents. So why are Christians still bothered about that rather than exercise their God given authority?

Jesus Christ has clearly told us what we should be focused on, which is rejoicing that our names as Christians are written in heaven.

Dear friend, now let me make something very clear here. If you say VERBALLY that you are a Christian, it does not automatically translate to your name being in heaven.

What makes your name being in heaven in the Book of Life or Book of the Living is:

(1) Repenting genuinely of sin, evil and unrighteousness, confessing them and asking God Almighty for forgiveness and promising not to go back into sinful habits again.

(2) Accepting and believing the TRUE FACT that Jesus Christ died on the Cross of Calvary for the sins of mankind including yours because every human being is a descendant of Adam and therefore born with the Adamic or sinful nature (Genesis 5:3).

(3) Accepting and believing the Lordship of Jesus Christ as Messiah.

(4) Living a life of righteousness in TOTAL OBEDIENCE to God's Holy Word as contained in the Bible through the Power of God's Holy Spirit.

Anything short of this takes one's name out of the Book of the Living in Heaven and such name is recorded in satan's book of the dead in hell fire.

It therefore means, dear friend, that the focus of every genuine Christian should be on getting his or her name in the Book of the Living by STRICT adherence to the conditions outlined above.

There is simply no other way of getting into heaven except by this means. How do I know this? God's Word tells us in Acts 17:29-31 "Therefore, since we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Divine Nature is like gold or silver or stone, something shaped by art and man's devising.

Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent, because He has appointed a day on which He will judge the world in righteousness by the Man (Jesus Christ) whom He has ordained.

He has given assurance of this to all by raising Him (Jesus Christ) from the dead."

Dear friend, if today as you read this, you are a Christian, there is ABSOLUTE need to examine your life to see if it is in conformity with what the Word of God says in the Bible, not what you think, heard, know or believe.

If there are areas of conflict between your lifestyle as a Christian and what the Word of God says, the sensible thing to do is to obey what God has said and save yourself from eternal damnation that will come upon sinners and evildoers.

God's Word in the Bible is the ONLY authentic measure of qualification to enter heaven. There is no other means of measure. The earlier a Christian understands this and begins to apply it, the better for the person.

Dear friend, if as you read this, you are not yet a Christian, the sensible thing to do is to sincerely apply the steps I earlier outlined above to save yourself from the same damnation reserved for sinners and evildoers.

It does not matter how you reason, how you feel, what you believe, what your social status is, how much wealth or money you have in the bank, how many awards or degrees or achievements you have, how generous you are to others, etc, etc.

All these, dear friend, mean nothing to God. What matters to God Almighty is how you measure against His Holy Word in the Bible. And if you must know, our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ is the Word of God (John 1:14; 1 John 5:7; Revelation 19:13) and without Him, there is no entry into heaven.

Every human being is destined to die physically and immediately enter ETERNITY,  a world without end, because of the Adamic nature I explained earlier.

However, ONLY those whose names are in the Book of Life will enter ETERNITY in HEAVEN while those whose names are missing there will enter ETERNITY with satan, demons and sinners in HELL (Revelation 20:15).

Repentance in hell as is taking place for many lost souls now, even as I write, will not make God change His mind and send someone out of hell into heaven.

This is because all opportunities to repent have been given to everyone who is breathing on this earth through various means, including as you read this message.

Unfortunately, the satan who is deceiving people here on earth to make them disobey God's Word and live in sin is the same satan that will torture lost souls in hell until when God will punish him forever in the second death (Revelation 19:20; Revelation 20:10; Revelation 21:8).

Dear friend, hell fire was created for satan and demons but man has through disobedience by rejecting God's Word and obeying satan found himself in hell fire (Matthew 25:41).

As you read this, Jesus Christ is sending a reminder of how much He loves us and wants to save us from eternal damnation. In all you do as a Christian, focus on getting your name into the Book of Life. Nothing else is more important than this.

In all you do as a non Christian, focus on getting your name in the Book of Life by following the steps I outlined earlier. Absolutely nothing else is more important than this.

HOW DO YOU CONTROL VIOLENCE IN PEOPLE?

Hebrews 12:14 (AMPC)  “ Strive to live in peace with everybody and pursue that consecration  and holiness without which no one will [ever] see the Lord.”   Dear people of God, I read sometime in December 2019 ago of a police inspector in Nigeria who shot and killed his colleague, a corporal, and the same shot injured another colleague, a deputy Superintendent of police after which the police inspector took his own life.   What could have led to such violence?   I also read of another unfortunate story of a lady killed December 25, 2019, Christmas Day, by her husband who had beaten her to a coma and then ran away after discovering what he had done. GOD CANNOT VIOLATE HIS WORD

  Psalm 89:34  “My covenant I will not violate, nor will I alter the utterance of My lips.” Dear people of God, today’s lead Bible text in Psalm 89:34 is a profound statement by God Almighty and Father of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. What this statement from God means is that there is nothing He has said in His Word that He will fail to perform.
