THE ONLY GENUINE WAY TO GREAT WEALTH AND RICHES (2)

Mark 11:23-24: For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.”
 Dear people of God, in my last post, we talked about investing in God's service or business as the ONLY genuine way to great wealth and riches.
 Today, we will examine the significance of the words we speak.
 As we see in today's lead scripture, our Lord Jesus Christ makes it clear that whatever we declare with our mouths and believe in our hearts, we will have.
Jesus further declares that when we pray, we should believe we have received and we will have what we have prayed about.
 Our Lord Jesus talks here about the significance of words and faith in prayer.
 What most people don't realize is that the words they speak determines the direction of their lives. A lot more people still are simply unaware of the connection between their thoughts and the words they speak.
 Jesus says out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks (Matthew 12:34b). This means a lot of the words we speak is derived from the thoughts we have processed in our minds.
 When you observe that most people have faith in Church either on Sunday or during weekly Church activities and spend the rest of their time outside Church, you begin to understand why they struggle financially.
 Most of the conversation people engage in outside the Church bothers more on the challenges they face and very little on the faith they have that they can get what they want by speaking words of faith and believing it.
 Now, because such people spend more time speaking words about their problems that is derived from their dominant thoughts they earlier processed in their minds, they will always get exactly what they speak - troubles, troubles and more troubles.
 It is therefore only the individual who DELIBERATELY and CONSCIOUSLY spends most of his or her time second to second of every single day meditating on what he or she wants and speaks words in that direction that will get exactly what he or she has spoken.
 This is why the Bible tells us in Proverbs 4:23 (AMP) "Keep and guard your heart with all vigilance and above all that you guard, for out of it flow the springs of life."
 Dear friend, now that you understand the connection between our hearts or minds and the words we speak and the direction in which it would take us in life, the best thing you can do for yourself is to spend quality time meditating on the Word of God found only in the Holy Bible.
 When you do this, as God tells us in Joshua 1:8 "This Book of the Law (HOLY BIBLE) shall not depart out of your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe and do according to all that is written in it. For then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall deal wisely and have good success.”
 The man, woman, boy or girl who does this must succeed in life. This is because the Holy Bible, which is God's Word, is TRUTH, filled with mind-blowing promises of God's goodness God's greatness, and examples of God's capacity to do exceeding abundantly above all that we can ever think or ask for in prayer (Ephesians 3:20) through Christ Jesus our Lord.
 May the good Lord bless you as you heed His Word today, act on it and share with others in Jesus' Most Righteous Name, Amen.

HOW DO YOU CONTROL VIOLENCE IN PEOPLE?

Hebrews 12:14 (AMPC)  “ Strive to live in peace with everybody and pursue that consecration  and holiness without which no one will [ever] see the Lord.”   Dear people of God, I read sometime in December 2019 ago of a police inspector in Nigeria who shot and killed his colleague, a corporal, and the same shot injured another colleague, a deputy Superintendent of police after which the police inspector took his own life.   What could have led to such violence?   I also read of another unfortunate story of a lady killed December 25, 2019, Christmas Day, by her husband who had beaten her to a coma and then ran away after discovering what he had done. GOD CANNOT VIOLATE HIS WORD

  Psalm 89:34  “My covenant I will not violate, nor will I alter the utterance of My lips.” Dear people of God, today’s lead Bible text in Psalm 89:34 is a profound statement by God Almighty and Father of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. What this statement from God means is that there is nothing He has said in His Word that He will fail to perform. A sensible Christian who understands this will look for what God has said by careful, meditative study of God’s Word found only in the Holy Bible, thank God joyously for it, claim it and God will surely perform what His Word has stated.
