JESUS ALONE, JESUS ONLY

1 Timothy 2:5
"For there [is only] one God, and [only] one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus,"

Dear friend, many people turn to the wrong people and wrong solutions whenever they have a crisis in life. However, only one solution is needed and His name is Jesus Christ.

Jesus is the Mediator between God and man as we see in today's lead Bible text.

Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth & the Life, no one can reach God the Father except through Jesus - John 14:6.

Only in Jesus can one find peace in life and outside of Jesus there is certainly going to be crises - John 16:33.

Jesus is the Son of God - Matthew 3:17; 17:5.

Jesus is the Word of God - John 1:1,14; 1 John 5:7; Revelation 19:33.

Jesus is the Resurrection and the Life - John 11:25-26.

Jesus is the Saviour of the world - Acts 4:12.

Jesus is the door to heaven - John 10:9.

Jesus is the Good Shepherd - John 10:11,14.

Jesus is the Light of the world - John 8:12.

Jesus is the Lifter of burdens - Matthew 11:28-30.

Jesus' name is greater than any other name - Philippians 2:9.

At the name of Jesus ALL knees shall bow and all tongues shall confess He is Lord of all - Philippians 2:10-11.

Jesus took the punishment for our sins on the Cross of Calvary and died for us - 1 Peter 2:24.

Jesus is the healer of all diseases no matter the name - Mark 16:18; Isaiah 53:5; 1 Peter 2:24.

Jesus can never cast out anyone who sincerely calls His name - John 6:37.

A believer in Jesus can never be put to shame - 1 Peter 2:6.

Jesus is the Bread of Life - John 6:48.

Jesus is the Living Water and whoever drinks of Him shall never thirst again - John 4:14; 7:37-38.

Jesus is our Creator - John 1:3.

Jesus is God - John 1:1; Hebrews 1:8.

Jesus can meet all your needs - Matthew 6:33.

Jesus' name will drive out demons from anyone or anywhere - Mark 16:17.

Only Jesus can deliver sinners of any type from their sins - rapists, murderers, drug addicts, armed robbers, prostitutes, idolaters, magicians, necromancers, mediums, devil worshippers, drunkards and alcoholics, adulterers, fornicators, liars, homosexuals, lesbians, bisexuals, transgenders, extortioners, revilers, etc - Matthew 18:11.

Dear friend, I have taken time to reel out using God's Powerful Word in the Bible all the ways our Lord Jesus Christ can minister to your needs as your Creator and Father.

Look carefully at the one(s) that describes your situation and use it to pray to Jesus to help you. Stop looking on to human beings who will disappoint you and trust only Jesus.

Make this permanent by giving your life to Jesus. If you do, you will immediately notice the positive spiritual difference in your life and it is the ONLY assurance to eternal life when you exit this world.

Jesus ALONE, Jesus ONLY.

May the good Lord bless you as you heed His Word today, act on it and share with others in Jesus' Mighty Name, Amen.

HOW DO YOU CONTROL VIOLENCE IN PEOPLE?

Hebrews 12:14 (AMPC)  “ Strive to live in peace with everybody and pursue that consecration  and holiness without which no one will [ever] see the Lord.”   Dear people of God, I read sometime in December 2019 ago of a police inspector in Nigeria who shot and killed his colleague, a corporal, and the same shot injured another colleague, a deputy Superintendent of police after which the police inspector took his own life.   What could have led to such violence?   I also read of another unfortunate story of a lady killed December 25, 2019, Christmas Day, by her husband who had beaten her to a coma and then ran away after discovering what he had done. GOD CANNOT VIOLATE HIS WORD

  Psalm 89:34  “My covenant I will not violate, nor will I alter the utterance of My lips.” Dear people of God, today’s lead Bible text in Psalm 89:34 is a profound statement by God Almighty and Father of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. What this statement from God means is that there is nothing He has said in His Word that He will fail to perform. A sensible Christian who understands this will look for what God has said by careful, meditative study of God’s Word found only in the Holy Bible, thank God joyously for it, claim it and God will surely perform what His Word has stated.
