THE FOOLISHNESS OF IDOLATRY

Some people join secret cults to make money. In these secret cults, the blood and life of their spouses, mothers, fathers, children, siblings, etc is given in exchange in spiritual ritual sacrifices and the particular family member dies physically.

 Such rituals are usually renewed after a certain agreed period.

 Examples of such cults are illuminati, ogboni, freemasons, santeria, etc

 Some people visit voodoo priests in search of children, protection from enemies, business success and even to obtain charms to harm enemies.

 Some people exchange their own souls with satan for riches and fame.

 Some join witchcraft and wizard covens and use the evil powers to afflict innocent people and real enemies with poverty, sickness, death, etc.

 Some create images of stone, wood, iron, gold, silver, carry such images and invokes demons into them and begin to worship them as their god.

 Some people worship animals, the sun, the moon, the stars and other constellations.

 Some people worship satan and demons directly and converse freely with them.

 Some worship rock musicians, and other musicians who sing worldly songs and lyrics that glorify satan and demons.

 Some become magicians and use their evil powers to deceive and afflict people. Some worship nature - flowers, trees, etc.

 In all of these activities listed above and so many others not mentioned here, the person served or worshipped directly or indirectly is satan or the devil.

 What is sad about these activities is that when the adherents die, their souls are damned and they go straight to HELL FIRE where they will stay forever in a state of perpetual torment by fire and worms that never die - Mark 9:43-48.

 What is even all the sadder is that the same satan they served while here on earth will be the one to torture them on the other side of eternity in HELL.

 Again, what is certain is that sometime in the future, even satan and demons are going to be cast into the lake of fire prepared for them where they would stay their own eternity along with all those who are damned to HELL - Revelation 20:10.

 Dear friend, that is the foolishness of idolatry - the same satan served here on earth will give a reward of torture on the other side. It is then such people would realise they have been deceived.

 At this point however, it is too late to make amends because no matter how you repent in HELL, the situation of eternal damnation is FINAL.

 However, there is ONE who can prevent you from going to stay your eternity in HELL. This is God Almighty, the Creator of the Universe and all that is in it including you reading this message. He came as a human being some 2016 years ago.

 His mission to earth was simple - to die for the sins of mankind and to reverse the curse of damnation and death placed on mankind when Adam and Eve, our first parents sinned at the beginning - Romans 5:12.

 He has successfully accomplished that task some 1,982 years ago when He was tortured, suffered greatly, shed His blood and died on the Cross of Calvary. 

With His precious death, mankind became redeemed from eternal damnation, became reconciled once again to God and now have the opportunity to enter heaven for eternal life once they die.

 His name is called Jesus Christ or Saviour Anointed, the King of Kings, the Lord of Lord, the Alpha, the Omega, the Beginning, the Ending, the First, the Last, the Great I Am, the Lord of all creation, the One and Only True God.

 Dear friend, our Lord Jesus Christ says even if you have exchanged or sold your soul to satan for riches and fame, He, Jesus, can save you once you repent sincerely, confess your sins, forsake them, accept Him (Jesus) as Lord of your life, know Him and serve Him the rest of your life.

 This offer is open to every single human being who is alive, no matter how grievous your current condition of sin is.

 However, this one offer expires once a person dies and God's judgment kicks in.

 With Jesus Christ, once you serve Him sincerely and wholeheartedly here on earth, you are guaranteed a place in heaven in eternity.

 Dear friend, I would rather go for this option of serving Jesus Christ and ending forever in heaven  than engage in the foolishness of idolatry for a few years here on earth and end up forever with satan in HELL.

 Even if you spend the maximum God has allowed on earth now for humans, 120 years, it is a tiny and insignificant time compared to eternity.

 What is your choice today?

 I and my household choose Jesus Christ yesterday, today, tomorrow and until the day we exit this world, for that is the wisest choice to make.

 I ask you again, what is your choice today and now?
