A REPROBATE MIND

The dictionary defines a reprobate as a depraved, unprincipled or wicked person. Another definition is a person rejected by God and beyond hope of salvation.

In describing the shameful acts of homosexuals and lesbians in engaging in unnatural use of their private parts, the Holy Bible states in Romans 1:28, "And so, since they did not see fit to acknowledge God or approve of Him or consider Him worth the knowing, God gave them over to a reprobate (base and condemned) mind to do things not proper or decent but loathsome,"

It is really sad therefore to see people living lives that offend God as homosexuals, lesbians, bi-sexuals and transgender and claiming God created them that way.

All over the internet, we hear stories of child pornography, we hear of immoral photos and video recordings of unmarried people sleeping with themselves, sleeping with animals, and sleeping with the same gender.

We hear of people recording rape acts of women, children, and despicable acts at orgies at parties and even in the bush between two married people with people they are not married to.

Some in the name of Islamic fundamentalism pledge allegiance to terrorist organizations, take guns and ammunition and go on a shooting spree of innocent people who have done nothing wrong to them!

A case in point is the shooting to death on June 12, 2016 of 49 people and injury to 53 others at a gay night club in Orlando, Florida recently.

A friend who knows me as a Christian asked me what I thought of the incident and I told him my only pain is that the killer succeeded in doing the bidding of satan by dispatching the 49 lost souls to HELL forever where they have suddenly realized that homosexuality and lesbianism is a grave sin against God and though they would repent due to the torture and pain in HELL, it is now too late for them.

A reprobate is defined as a wicked person. God's Word in the Holy Bible states in Psalm 7:11 (KJV), "God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day."

We are also told in Psalm 9:17 (AMP), "The wicked shall be turned back [headlong into premature death] into Sheol (the place of the departed spirits of the wicked), even all the nations that forget or are forgetful of God."

Dear friend, please make no mistake about it, the Word of God is true forever - Isaiah 40:8. There is nothing that can stop God's Word from coming to pass.

Our Lord Jesus Christ makes this point clear that heaven and earth shall pass away but His Word, the Word of God, shall not pass away - Matthew 24:35. In law, the word "shall" means MUST or compulsory, so that should tell us the import of Christ's statement.

That being said, dear friend, if you reading this are living a life that clearly depicts wickedness, it means you are a reprobate and are in dire need of salvation.

If God assesses your actions as despicable and gives you over to a reprobate mind, then there is simply no hope for you.

Jesus Christ, Who is God, came to earth to die for the sins of mankind to deliver mankind from the works of the devil unto God. His salvation is available for all who freely choose to be saved as Jesus deems fit.

Dear friend, please make yourself available today to benefit from this free gift of salvation, for the only cost paid was with the precious, royal blood of our Lord Jesus Christ on the Cross of Calvary.

Tomorrow may be too late, just as the homosexuals in the sad and unfortunate Orlando Florida night club shooting incident have now realized in HELL. You are still alive as you read this but you never could tell what would happen next after reading this.

Repent sincerely today, confess your sins to Jesus Christ, ask Him to take over your life and deliver you from being a reprobate and promise Him that from now on, you will sincerely follow Him and obey His commands in the Holy Bible and will never go back to a life of bondage in sin again.

May the good Lord bless you as you heed His Word today, act on it and share with others in the Holy and Powerful Name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, Amen.
