WHY DO YOU QUARREL WITH GOD?

There are many Christians who are passing through difficulties and rather than receive solutions to their challenges in prayer are finding themselves sort of sinking and sinking into more challenges.

When they look around them, they see evildoers and sinners prospering and who appear to be happy. In these difficulties, the Christian is wont to abandon His God and Creator because it does appear God has abandoned him or her in the difficulties.

Dear friend, does this describe you? If it does, then listen to what God says in Malachi 3:13-14,  "Your words have been strong and hard against Me, says the Lord. Yet you say, What have we spoken against You?

14 You have said, It is useless to serve God, and what profit is it if we keep His ordinances and walk gloomily and as if in mourning apparel before the Lord of hosts?"

God knows there are people who are Christians, who would face challenges in life and who would turn round to complain against Him. However, it is pertinent to note that when you read God's Word in the Holy Bible, you will find so many reasons why you should not complain against God because it is only God that can deliver you from ANY situation without any unpleasant after effects.

God's Word tells in 2 Timothy 3:12, "Indeed all who delight in piety and are determined to live a devoted and godly life in Christ Jesus will meet with persecution [will be made to suffer because of their religious stand]."

What this means, dear friend, is that God has not ruled out persecution from your decision to and determination to follow Him, but God has given you all assurance that there is victory here on earth and a CERTAIN reward hereafter for all who sincerely follow Him.

What we all need to understand as Christians is that all challenges in life we encounter is a concerted effort by satan, demons and their agents to ensure no Christian enters heaven. See, immediately you repent from sin and evil and sincerely give your life to Jesus Christ, you automatically become an enemy of satan, demon and their agents.

The reason for this is because satan and demons have lost all opportunity to enter heaven when they rebelled against God's Authority and they were driven out.

Of course, they know that it is only Christians who are qualified to enter heaven by virtue of their knowledge, acceptance and obedience to God's Divine Revelation that Jesus Christ is His Son, Jesus died on the Cross to destroy what satan did at the beginning and Jesus' sacrificial death redeemed and restored mankind to a relationship with God and it is only those who accept Jesus Christ and this fact with proof in their genuine Christian lifestyle that qualify to enter heaven.

Therefore, satan knows this and is determined to prevent it, so he, demons and their human agents are fighting tooth and nail to ensure no Christian enters heaven.

The good news I have for you, dear friend, is that God has not only given Christians all authority on earth to overcome the devices of the devil (Luke 10:19), He has assured us that no weapon of satan, demons and their agents formed against Christians shall prosper and every tongue that rises up against Christians in judgement, we shall condemn - Isaiah 54:17.

Dear friend, most importantly, listen again to what God says to Christians in Malachi 3:16-18,  "Then those who feared the Lord talked often one to another; and the Lord listened and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before Him of those who reverenced and worshipfully feared the Lord and who thought on His name.

17 And they shall be Mine, says the Lord of hosts, in that day when I publicly recognize and openly declare them to be My jewels (My special possession, My peculiar treasure). And I will spare them, as a man spares his own son who serves him.

18 Then shall you return and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him who serves God and him who does not serve Him."

This is God's promise to all who sincerely follow Him and I can assure you that that day is already at hand because we are currently living in the period known in God's calendar as the end of time or end of the Church age.

So dear friend, if you are a sincere Christian, please continue to be sincere because it is worth it as you soon shall see when our Lord Jesus Christ returns shortly to take His people away in Rapture to leave all others at the hands of satan, demons and their agents.

If on the other hand in your quarrel with God you have been tempted to compromise your Christian foundation and God's standard in His Word in the Bible, in reading this post you have now not only known and understood the promises of God for His children but you have also seen the danger of living an ungodly life.

So the time to repent and return sincerely to Jesus Christ is now, for tomorrow may be too late. Do not say you have gone too far to return, for Jesus Christ our Lord is waiting patiently for you to return in repentance and this invitation to come to Jesus Christ also applies to anyone who has never given his or her life to Jesus Christ before now.
