GOD CANNOT VIOLATE YOUR WILL
Dear friend, I once heard a parson say, "God created you without your
permission but God needs your permission to save you."
Now think about this statement very deeply
because it contains a whole lot of meanings, one of which we will discuss
today.
Someone may decide to argue against this
statement and ask why God would need anyone's permission. Well, the answer is
because God gave every human being FREEWILL. With freewill, you learn to decide
on whatever you want to do.
However, you must also realize that every
decision comes with consequences here on earth and even after one dies.
So the person who exercises his or her freewill
to take the wrong decisions here on earth will always get into trouble one way
or the other.
In severe cases, the person may end up in jail for the wrong
decisions like stealing, fighting, murder, etc.
Now, if that person dies without a change
of behaviour and MOST IMPORTANTLY, without having Jesus Christ as his or her
Lord and Saviour, the person will end up forever in HELL as a consequence.
The person certainly cannot blame anyone
else but himself or herself because of FREEWILL to choose and decide what is
right and what is wrong to do.
There is a standard to know what is right
and what is wrong and the consequences both here on earth and in the hereafter.
That standard is the Word of God or the Holy Bible.
If the Word of God says something is wrong
and you of your own freewill do it, what that means is that you are already in
trouble with God for violating His commands. That trouble has eternal
consequences as I have just pointed out.
God will only tell you what is right and
what is wrong according to His standard in the Holy Bible, BUT God will NEVER
force you to accept what He wants you to do.
This is what I mean by saying God cannot
violate your will. Your freewill is yours to decide what you want to do in
life.
However, just as you cannot exercise your freewill if caught and have to
go to jail as a consequence, so also you cannot exercise your freewill when you
die and have to go eternally to HELL as a consequence.
As the Holy Bible says in Hebrews 10:31 "It is a fearful (formidable and terrible)
thing to incur the divine penalties and be cast into the hands of the living
God!"
I tell you dear friend, it is not something
any person wants to experience. Right now as I write, I can tell you that there
is nobody in HELL FIRE currently that has not repented of evil, but it is now
too late for them to change.
For you reading this, there is hope that
you can use your FREEWILL to choose and decide to obey God, live right and live
according to His commands in the Holy Bible.
All you have to do is examine your life,
repent sincerely of sin and evil, ask God in prayer to forgive you, promise God
never to go back to sin, accept His Son our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ as
Messiah of your life and live sincerely according to His commands in the Holy
Bible.
May the good Lord bless you as you heed His
Word today, act on it and share with others in Jesus' Most Merciful Name, Amen.
