THE UNSAVED WEALTHY INDIVIDUAL
Genuine wealth is
given by God to humans. However, the unsaved person believes he is responsible
for his wealth through his hard work.
And for this
reason, the unsaved wealthy individual believes he does not need God.
The
Lord Jesus makes it clear in Mark 10:24-25, “Children, how hard it is for those who trust (place their confidence,
their sense of safety) in riches to enter the kingdom of God!
25 It is easier for
a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the
kingdom of God.”
Some preachers
have tried to down play the seriousness of Jesus’ Words above but the Lord
means exactly what He says concerning those who put their trust in riches and
not in the God Who created them.
Even these
days, it is quite difficult to reach wealthy people to preach the Gospel of
Repentance and Salvation to them because they surround themselves with so many
human obstacles in the name of security for fear of being molested or attacked.
However,
God in His infinite mercy and love has made it easier to reach them using
technology in electronic, social and print media.
This is
exactly what I am doing using this post on Blogger, knowing that the Lord Jesus
in His Omnipotence, Omnipresence and Omniscience will make it possible for this
message to reach those who are in dire need of it.
Dear friend,
are you a wealthy individual reading this message? Please don’t put your trust
in wealth because you will die and leave it in this world one certain day, and
your wealth cannot save you.
What I
would rather urge you to do is put your trust in your Creator, Who made you,
all other humans and the entire universe.
His
name is Jesus Christ. He loves you with the same Agape love with which He loves
all other humans.
He does
not want anyone to exit this world at death and go to HELL forever.
No matter
the good you use your wealth to accomplish on this earth, as long as you don’t personally
know, relate with and hold on steadfastly to the Lord Jesus Christ as your
Messiah, there is no hope for you when you leave this world at death.
Only
Jesus can save. There is no one and nothing else that can save you except the
Lord Jesus Christ.
Please
come now sincerely to Jesus Christ today because tomorrow may be too late.
May
the good Lord bless you as you heed His Word today, act on it and share with
others in Jesus’ Most Prosperous Name, Amen.
