JESUS HAS DONE IT AGAIN!
Psalm 33:1-6 (AMPC)
“1 REJOICE IN the
Lord, O you [uncompromisingly] righteous [you upright in right standing with
God]; for praise is becoming and appropriate
for those who are upright [in heart].
2 Give thanks to the Lord with the lyre; sing
praises to Him with the harp of ten strings.
3 Sing to Him a new song; play skillfully [on
the strings] with a loud and joyful
sound.
4 For the Word of the Lord is right; and all
His work is done in faithfulness.
5 He loves righteousness and justice; the
earth is full of the loving-kindness of the Lord.
6 By the Word of the Lord were the Heavens
made, and all their host by the breath of His mouth.” [Heb. 11:3; II Pet. 3:5.]
Dear people of God, I praise the Lord from the bottom of my heart and
according to His Word above.
On December 31, 2017, I sent out an end of year message just as I am
doing today. Here we are exactly one year after, Monday December 31, 2018 and I
have another opportunity to send out an end of year message.
To God Almighty and Father of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ be all
the glory for making this possible.
Unfortunately, not everyone who saw my end of year message of 2017 has
lived to see this one of 2018. In every situation, we should always give thanks
to God.
We give thanks not because the people are dead and have departed this
world but because the Word of God says to give thanks in all circumstances, for
that is God’s will for those of us who are in Christ Jesus – 1 Thessalonians
5:18 - and we must obey God’s Word.
Looking back at the year 2018, I want to first refer you to verse 4 of
Psalm 33 above, which says “For the Word of the Lord is right; and all His work is done in
faithfulness.”
I will now
share with you my personal experience using God’s Word. In 2018, to the glory
of God I did not take a single medication because I did not fall sick and this
is premised on God’s Word in Matthew 8:17, “He Himself (Jesus Christ) took [in order to carry away] our
weaknesses and infirmities and bore away our diseases.”
In fact, ever since the Lord showed me this and other Scriptures on
health and healing with an understanding in early 2017, I have never taken a
single medication or fallen sick because Jesus took it all away at the Cross of
Calvary, and what He bore, I need not bear in my body.
Every time sickness tried to rear its head in my body, I resisted it
using this Scripture and that is the Truth of God’s Word and His faithfulness.
In 2018, by the grace of God I paid all my tithes and I contributed more
financially to the work of the Gospel and to help the poor than in any other
year. God even prompted me to again increase the percentage I pay as tithe and I
willingly obeyed.
Do you know what has happened as a result? God has blessed me this year
more than in any other year since I was born.
At this point, I just want to say I pity all those who profess Christianity
and are failing to pay tithes and denying themselves enormous blessings as God
has promised in His Word in Malachi 3:10-12.
I will tell you that not only have you placed yourselves under a curse
(Malachi 3:9) but you have denied yourself the chance of entering Heaven when
you depart this world at death because when God Himself places those who rob
Him of tithes and offerings under a curse, who can free them and enable them
enter heaven?
I also pity those ignorant and unqualified emergency preachers who are
misleading others about tithes and financial contribution to the work of the
Gospel. It is just as the Lord Jesus says in Matthew 15:14, “Let them alone and disregard them; they
are blind guides and teachers. And if a blind man leads a blind man, both will fall
into a ditch.”
Now, in this case, where do you think the ditch is? Eternal damnation of
course!! You had better save yourselves before it is too late.
For those who say I did not help them financially in 2018, I will start
by letting you know that it is only God Who alone has unlimited resources to
help everyone so your attention must be focused on Him and Him alone and not on
human beings.
In addition, I will remind you that with my testimony above of paying
tithes, offerings and contributions to special Gospel Projects, I have once
again shown you the secret of genuine prosperity as a Christian.
You cannot prosper as a genuine Christian without paying tithes. It is
God’s Word that says so and my life is living proof of this so I advise you to
heed this admonition to obey God’s Word and take yourself out of lack, begging,
poverty and financial difficulties immediately.
I thank God for Divine protection over me, my family, relatives, friends,
neighbours and acquaintances. I thank God especially for delivering my 4
nephews and nieces on Friday December 7, 2018 from the hands of kidnappers.
I recorded this testimony in one of my previous posts shortly after it happened.
I thank God for journey mercies
He granted us in 2018 in all our travels. I thank God for abundant blessings
and provisions in 2018.
I also thank God for another year and opportunity of sharing the Gospel
with others via social media and even physically one to one. This is a command
of the Lord Jesus Christ to ALL Christians in Mark 16:15.
As a Christian, the way to show the evidence of your acceptance and
obedience to the Lordship of Jesus Christ is by your lifestyle and by your openly
publishing the Good News to others through Evangelism.
Now, to another very crucial point. I lost to death a number of people I
knew personally and even from afar. However, what pains me most about their
deaths is that at least 4 of them that I know did not make Heaven.
Someone may argue here and say how do I know that? Well, dear friend, God’s
Word in the Holy Bible tells us to share the Gospel with others. We use God’s
Word as a yardstick to measure our lives.
When you discuss the Gospel with someone who argues with you even when
you show evidence from God’s Word, then you know such person is in dire need of
Christ.
The Bible is also clear that anyone who does not accept Jesus Christ
will not see God – John 14:6.
The Bible is clear that anyone who rejects Jesus Christ as the Son of
God is already eternally damned – John 3:18.
The Bible is clear that a professed Christian whose lifestyle
contradicts and disobeys God’s Word will not enter Heaven – Matthew 7:21-23
(AMPC).
We are not commissioned as Christians to say what is convenient for
people to hear for it is the false prophets who do that.
We are to tell everyone the Truth according to God’s Word and to warn
souls in danger of perishing to retrace their steps before it is too late.
It is therefore on this basis that I have made my aforementioned
statement.
Dear friend, as we enter into the final hours of the year 2018, I will
urge you to reflect carefully on all I have stated especially in these closing
paragraphs about the Lord Jesus Christ, Repentance, Salvation and Eternal life.
This may be the very last opportunity God is giving you to amend your
ways.
Reflect also on your current lifestyle and make up your mind to align it
with the righteous demands of God’s eternal laws in the Holy Bible, for no
human being alive now and who having heard the Gospel of Jesus Christ will
escape from the Judgement Day when Jesus, the Son of God will judge every one
of us according to these laws – Acts 10:42; Act 17:31.
I will also urge you to go on your knees now in prayer to God to confirm
to you all I have stated here and for you reconcile with Him (God).
Finally, please do not go to a night club or bar to enter 2019. Rather,
enter 2019 as I will do by God’s grace with my family in God’s presence in a
Church where you will join others to worship and praise God for 2018.
Then accept Jesus Christ and all He offers everyone who sincerely comes
to Him in repentance and sincere obedience to His commandments, which is
eternal life.
Make it a daily habit to praise, worship, thank and pray to God. Study and
meditate on God’s Word. Do this with your family.
May the good Lord bless you as you heed His Word today, act on it and
share with others in the Righteous Name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
