NO HUMAN CAN LIVE SUCCESSFULLY IN THIS LIFE WITHOUT JESUS CHRIST (2)

 JOHN 1:10-12 (NKJV)
 
“He (Jesus Christ) was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him. 11He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him. 12But as many as received Him, to them He gave the RIGHT to become children of God, to those who believe in His Name”
 
 
Dear people of God, there is a non-Christian friend who by the grace of God I was recently sharing the Word of God with.
 
I made it clear to him that nobody can get to God Almighty except through the Lord Jesus Christ.
 
He then asked me a question whether it was possible to pray directly to God and get answers to the prayer?
 
As I was responding to his question, his client walked in and we had to shelve the discussion to another time when we would continue.
 
My discussion with him is what prompted today’s message.
 
You see, God is a God of order and integrity Who NEVER violates His Word. God created this world with certain universal laws in place.
 
As long as any human being in any part of the earth fulfils the conditions of those universal laws, God would respond by providing the person with his or her needs.
 
This applies whether the person is a Christian or not, of any ethnic nationality, of any social status, of any gender.
 
This proves God’s universal goodness to all of His creation – Matthew 5:45b; Acts 14:16-17.
 
However, there is the exclusive goodness of God for ONLY His children. Examples of such exclusive goodness are:
 
(1) Freedom from bondage of sin – 1 John 5:18
 
(2) Freedom from demonic oppression of the devil, demons and their human agents – Colossians 1:13-14
 
(3) Freedom from sickness or disease by whatever name – Matthew 8:17; 1 Peter 2:24
 
(4) Freedom from poverty – Matthew 6:31-34; Malachi 3:10-12; Psalm 37:25
 
(5) Eternal life – the ULTIMATE exclusive goodness of God for His children; a life spent in HEAVEN completely free from the pains and troubles of this world at the end of your current stay here on earth – 1 John 5:11-13
 
Just as today’s lead Holy Bible text states, God has given rights of becoming His child to anyone who accepts the Lord Jesus Christ as Messiah.
 
This is what differentiates a Christian from any other person out there because a Christian is the ONLY child God recognizes.
 
The fact of God’s universal goodness to all of His creation is where non-Christians get it wrong by believing that because they are doing well in life, they have no need for God or the Lord Jesus Christ in their life.
 
This is why the Lord Jesus Christ has commanded all Christians everywhere to go and preach to all mankind the Gospel of Repentance and Salvation found only in Him – Mark 16:15-16.
 
This is the point my friend and all non-Christians need to understand because the exclusive ULTIMATE gift of ETERNAL LIFE can only be gotten when you become a child of God by repenting genuinely of sin, confessing to God and forsaking sin, accepting Jesus Christ into your life as Messiah and Saviour and thereafter living an uncompromised life of Truth, Holiness and Righteousness in obedience to all of God’s commands in the Holy Bible.
 
Dear friend, no matter what you believe, no matter what anyone else has told you that is contrary to what is stated in this message, there is no other way to reach God and to enter heaven after this life except through the Lord Jesus Christ.
 
Therefore, do not allow yourself to be deceived because the consequences are grave and it is for all eternity, a world without end.
 
Jesus Christ is coming shortly to take in Rapture ONLY those who are qualified according to His righteous standards in the Holy Bible.
 
Are you living a genuine life as His disciple? Are you ready for Him? Come to Jesus today, for tomorrow may be too late for you.
 
May the good Lord bless you as you heed His Word today, act on it and share with others in Jesus’ Most Holy Name, Amen.
