“For nation
will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will
be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various
places. 8All these are the beginning of sorrows.
And because lawlessness will abound, the
love of many will grow cold. 13But he who endures to the end shall be
saved.”
Dear people of God, the Lord Jesus Christ made it clear in the
Holy Bible that the end of the Church age would witness a lot of crises all
over the world.
This is what is currently going on in many nations with famines,
pestilences (covid-19, etc), earthquakes, floods, and many other natural
disasters.
A lot of people’s means of livelihood has been seriously affected
and there is so much pressure on them to provide for their families.
Consequently, just as the Lord Jesus Christ prophesied,
lawlessness is abounding and the love of many has grown cold.
Anyone who is familiar with happenings around the world especially
in Nigeria would have read about the high level of insecurity in different
parts of the nation.
Even though this is a result of bad leadership and the many
years of security agencies toying with their jobs, neglecting the public whilst
only paying attention to the high and mighty in the society who can pay them
for protection, the Word of God MUST be fulfilled, hence the many troubles we
are seeing.
People now commit crimes at will, tell lies, steal, cheat,
kidnap, murder, rape and maim their fellow humans just for money to buy food and
other necessities of life.
Those who are victims of these crimes and their families now
live in fear of the unknown as to what could happen next.
Additionally, a few groups of people have resorted to unlawful self-help
to restrain the criminal elements in society from reaching and harming them.
This certainly was NOT the society many grew up in and envisaged
a number of years ago and it is progressively getting worse every day.
Dear friend, despite all these troubles, there is Someone anyone
can call upon for help at any time and He would respond.
The One Who ALONE can help is Jesus Christ the Son of God Who
created the Universe, humans and everything else in it because He loves us with
an everlasting love.
The fact that Jesus Christ while here on earth as a human being thousands
of years ago accurately prophesied these sad and unfortunate occurrences is
proof that the Holy Bible is God’s authentic Word complete in written form.
Again, Jesus’ accurate prophesy is proof that it is NOT God Who
is responsible for these problems. On the contrary, it is the devil, demons and
their human agents responsible for the problems.
Take note however, that God has not left the world helpless for
the devil to destroy without any restraint.
Rather, God has provided a way out for anyone and everyone who
believes in Him as our Father and Creator.
Jesus Christ confirmed this fact with His statement in John
16:33 (AMPC), “I have told you these things, so that in
Me you may have [perfect] peace and confidence. In the world you have
tribulation and trials and distress and frustration; but be of
good cheer [take courage; be confident, certain, undaunted]! For I have
overcome the world. [I have deprived it of power to harm you and have conquered
it for you.]”
Therefore, it is only those who run to God through the Lord
Jesus Christ that can obtain the solution to their problems.
There is absolutely no solution to the world’s problems except
through Jesus Christ the Messiah and Saviour.
Unfortunately, citizens of nations continue to place their hope
in politicians and fellow humans who continue to disappoint them with false
promises.
What these people don’t know is that majority of these
politicians and rulers of nations are agents of the devil who have sold their
souls and their countries to the devil and are under the devil’s obligation to
cause the calamities we are witnessing.
When you mention Jesus Christ to these citizens as the solution
to their problem, many are unwilling to listen but are only interested in
listening to the agents of the devil who DELIBERATELY deceive them with
unfulfilled promises.
We are in that era where God in fulfilment of His Word in the
Bible has permitted the devil, demons and their human agents to unleash their
final assault on the world through evil, which is what is playing out
currently.
Jesus Christ however, has promised that it is only those who
endure these challenges to the end that would be saved – Matthew 24:13.
The “end” under reference here is bound to happen shortly when
at the sound of a loud trumpet, Jesus Christ would appear suddenly in the sky
to take away everyone who is ready and QUALIFIED to follow him in an event
called the Rapture of the saints or children of God to heaven to be with Jesus
Christ the Lord.
To be qualified, you must be a Christian who is living in Truth,
Righteousness and Holiness in uncompromising obedience to God’s Word in the
Holy Bible.
Many think they are ready but are currently living a double life
of sin whilst professing Jesus Christ as their Messiah.
Whoever is left behind after the Rapture takes place is going to
suffer the wrath of God over sinners who are currently living in all manner of
ungodliness as confirmed in Revelation 8:7 to Revelation 11:6 and Revelation
16.
Dear friend, as you can see, things are only going to get worse
until when God Almighty Himself releases His Divine Judgement over the
inhabitants of the earth.
Worse still, every human being on this earth whether dead or
alive is going to face God’s Divine Judgement one day and all such people
currently living in sin and who eventually die in sin would be cast into the
lake of fire for all eternity to suffer every single moment of their lives
forever and ever – Revelation 20:15.
Also, God would cast into the lake of fire to suffer for all
eternity the devil and demons who are responsible for all the present woes of
this world as well as the antichrist or beast and the false prophet.
You can therefore see that there is absolutely nothing to gain
from sin or disobedience to God’s commands in the Holy Bible. There is nothing
to gain by accepting the current deceit of the devil, demons and their human
agents.
On the contrary, there is everything to gain living a life of
righteousness in obedience to Jesus Christ.
What is your decision? I urge you to choose wisely and
accurately by running to Jesus Christ today and now, before it is too late for
you.
A Word is enough for the wise.
Jesus Christ is coming shortly to take in Rapture ONLY those who
are qualified according to His righteous standards in the Holy Bible.
Are you living a genuine life as His disciple? Are you ready for
Him? Come to Jesus today, for tomorrow may be too late for you.
May the good Lord bless you as you heed His Word today, act on
it and share with others in Jesus’ Most Holy Name, Amen.
