1 CORINTHIANS 6:15-20 (AMPC)
“Do
you not see and know that your bodies are members (bodily parts) of Christ
(the Messiah)? Am I therefore to take the parts of Christ and make [them] parts
of a prostitute? Never! Never!
16 Or
do you not know and realize that when a man joins himself to a prostitute,
he becomes one body with her? The two, it is written, shall become one flesh.
[Gen. 2:24.]
17 But
the person who is united to the Lord becomes one spirit with Him.
18 Shun
immorality and all sexual looseness [flee from impurity in thought, word,
or deed]. Any other sin which a man commits is one outside the body, but he who
commits sexual immorality sins against his own body.
19 Do
you not know that your body is the temple (the very sanctuary) of the Holy
Spirit Who lives within you, Whom you have received [as a Gift] from God? You
are not your own,
20 You
were bought with a price [purchased with a preciousness and paid for, made His
own]. So then, honor God and bring glory to Him in your body.
Dear people of God, it is only in marriage that God permits a
man and a woman to have intimate relations.
Marriage is that legal union in which both families of the man
and woman have consented to their children coming together as husband and wife
and all requirements have been fulfilled by their traditions including the
bride price paid.
For Christians, the process is complete when the couple exchange
marital vows in Church before God and humans to be faithful to each other, for
better for worse, in good and bad times, till death parts them.
Unless this process is concluded, God regards any initimate
relation between a male and female as fornication, a grave sin.
For a married man or woman to have initimate relations with
another person to whom he or she is not married, that is adultery, a grave sin
against God.
Where any of the partner in a marriage dies, the surviving
spouse can only have intimate relations with another person to whom he or she
has been legally married as earlier explained.
Therefore, God sees prostitutes, rapists, pimps, divorcees,
re-married people whose legal partner is alive, men and women in concubinage,
women who are second, third, fourth, fifth or sixth wives and people in
incestuous relationships as fornicators and adulterers.
God also finds offensive the act of parents who dress their young
daughters in skimpy clothing in the name of fashion, thus exposing them to
danger from rapists either within the family or neighbourhood.
In the Holy Spirit inspired letter to Christians of Corinth in
today’s lead Holy Bible text, Paul makes it clear that whoever joins himself or
herself to a prostitute becomes one with her. A prostitute here implies anyone
to whom you are NOT legally married.
Dear friend, take note that the devil knows God’s Word and ALWAYS
uses it against Christians to ensure they are disqualified from entering heaven
because the devil knows Christians are the ONLY group of people qualified to
enter heaven.
Consequently, demons have a LEGAL RIGHT and are permitted to
enter into the bodies of fornicators and adulterers to damage their lives in
every aspect.
These demons could be in tens or even hundreds and for as long
as the person engages in immorality, transfer of demons continuously happens
between the illicit partners.
Now because God is Holy, even when a person rapes an innocent
child or adult, demons are permitted to invade the rapists and innocent child
or adult because that is fornication, a violation of God’s law.
One may ask, why would God allow such to happen to an innocent
child even as a baby? The answer is because God cannot violate His Word on sexual
intimacy allowed only between legally married couples.
God, however, has made available a way out for the innocent
child, which is by a deliverance prayer made in the Authority of the Name of
Jesus Christ to cast the demons out of the innocent child’s life. If this is
not done, the child would have spiritual disturbances from the inherent demons
in his or her life to cause hindrance even as an adult.
It is therefore very important for any parent reading this message
whose child has been sexually molested to take that child to an experienced spiritually mature pastor who would
pray and break the demonic influences over the child’s life by casting them out
in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
You must also teach your child to shout out and to report to you
anyone, whether sibling, blood relative, neighbour or friend who touches his or
her private part even if they threaten the child as molesters usually do.
There are many families who hide incidents of rape and
molestation of their children to avoid social stigma without realizing they are
leaving a spiritual scar in the life of that child that would manifest later in
life if it remains unresolved.
In some instances, the demons in the child drive the child to
sexual addiction starting early in life and entering later years.
In other instances, the child grows into an adult and is either
unable to get married OR unwilling to allow the life partner marital intimacy OR
unable to remain faithful even in marriage OR unable to have kids in marriage
all because of the spiritual bondage of demonic influences arising from a rape
or molestation incident in early life.
This issue must be dealt with to end the problem, cast out the
demons and permanently close the doorways to the demonic influences ONLY by
prayer made in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Dear friend, you can see for yourself why you should NEVER
engage in sexual immorality but keep yourself until you get legally married to
a life partner.
You can see why males and females, prostitutes and struggling
widows have no excuse for their immorality in the name of making money to solve
their problems when they can call on my Lord Jesus Christ in prayer to help
them as stated in Matthew 6:31-34.
You can see why married men and women must be faithful to God
and their legal partners till the end of their life to avoid demons entering
them from sexual immorality in adultery.
In fact, part of the deliverance and restitution for a married
person for the sin of adultery includes confession of the sin to your life partner
even after genuine repentance and confession to God.
Remember the Words of the Lord in
Matthew 5:27-28 (NIV), “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall not
commit adultery.’ 28 But I
tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed
adultery with her in his heart.”
If you find that as a Christian you are unable to control
yourself whenever you see women or men or you are still watching pornography,
be sure that there is a demonic spirit controlling you and it MUST be dealt with
by the matchless Power in the Name and precious Blood of the Lord Jesus Christ
for you to have your freedom that only Jesus can give.
If you are currently in spiritual bondage from demons arising
from sexual immorality and you are not yet a Christian, it is ONLY Jesus Christ
that can save you and no one else. You must run to a Church where Truth,
Holiness and Righteousness is preached and practised for God is there to help
you deal with this and any other problem you have.
You MUST repent sincerely and run to Jesus Christ to save you
before it is too late.
Always remember that God is Holy, Righteous and Just and would
NEVER tolerate immorality because it drives away the Holy Spirit from a
Christian and leaves an open door for invading demons to take over and damn the
soul to HELL if not resolved before death comes.
Jesus Christ is coming shortly to take in Rapture ONLY those who
are qualified according to His righteous standards in the Holy Bible.
Are you living a genuine life as His disciple? Are you ready for
Him? Come to Jesus today, for tomorrow may be too late for you.
May the good Lord bless you as you heed His Word today, act on
it and share with others in Jesus’ Most Holy Name, Amen.
