BLAMING GOD FOR WHAT THE DEVIL CAUSED

Job 1:12 (AMPC)

“And the Lord said to Satan (the adversary and the accuser), Behold, all that he (Job) has is in your power, only upon the man himself put not forth your hand. So Satan went forth from the presence of the Lord.”

 

Job 2:6-7 (AMPC)

“And the Lord said to Satan, Behold, he (Job) is in your hand; only spare his life.

 

7 So Satan went forth from the presence of the Lord and smote Job with loathsome and painful sores from the sole of his foot to the crown of his head.

 

Dear people of God, the right way to solve a problem is to first identify what its cause is and then how to tackle it before embarking on the action plan to solve the problem.

 

Many times, GENUINE Christians and humans in general attribute to God Almighty the problems in their lives that was caused by the devil or satan. Unfortunately, as a result of this wrong notion or idea, they do little or nothing about it because for them, God has a reason why He caused it.

 

In some cases, out of desperation, they even look for solutions to these problems either directly from the devil or his agents – satanists, necromancers, occultists, voodoo priests (or herbalists) and false pastors operating with demonic powers but camouflaging as agents of God.

 

Unfortunately, even Job thought that God was the cause of his poverty and affliction (Job 1:21; 2:10b) whereas today’s lead Holy Bible verses show that the devil was the culprit.

 

Despite this glaring evidence from Scriptures, sometimes, you hear some genuine but ignorant pastors also attributing problems in people’s lives to God claiming that the delay in answers to their prayers is because it is not yet time for God to answer and that if God answers immediately, something wrong may happen to the person.

 

Again, this statement is incorrect because God says even before His children call in prayer, He would answer and whilst they are speaking He hears – Isaiah 65:24.

 

God always answers prayers of His children as the Bible has stated in Matthew 7:7-8.

 

Now, let me make a distinction that the children of God I’m referring to here are Christians who lead uncompromising lives in Holiness, Righteousness and Truth of God’s Word and not hypocritical sinners who proclaim Christ Jesus as their Messiah but are still living in sin.

 

If you are having a problem as a child of God and your prayer is NOT answered, either yourself or the devil is the cause and not God.

 

If you fail to understand this fact, the devil would continue to take advantage of you to cause pain, sorrow, doubt, anger and resentment until you offend God by blaming Him.

 

Fortunately, Job was wise enough not to blame God His Creator – Job 1:22; 2:10c.

 

There are principally three works of the devil, which are poverty, sickness and spiritual affliction. The Lord Jesus tells us this in John 10:10a (AMPC), “the thief (the devil) comes ONLY in order to steal, kill and destroy.”

 

Do recall that at the latter end of his life, God restored Job’s health, wealth and family even more than the earlier days, which is proof again that God is NOT the cause of His children’s problems but the devil is – Job 42:12-13.

 

Dear friend, please know today that God loves His children with an everlasting love and so He cannot cause affliction in their lives in one instant and then be the same One to reverse it.

 

No.

 

The Bible is clear that every good and every perfect gift is from God and He never changes – James 1:17. The implication here is that nothing good ever comes from the devil, our adversary and the accuser of the brethren.

 

One major way the devil deceives Christians is to keep them ignorant of their Divine rights as children of God. These rights are stated in the Holy Bible and so the devil tries everything to make sure Christians are distracted from study of and meditation on God’s Word.

 

Whenever you hear a Christian making statements using reason, the devil has him exactly where he wants him to be. An example is when this person says something like, “I know the Bible says so BUT………………”.

 

The BUT means this person doubts what God has said belongs to him and so how can he expect God to answer his prayer?

 

The Bible says God cannot answer the prayer of a double minded person – James 1:6-8.

 

Another example is when the person says “let’s face reality.” For him or her, reality is trying to solve problems using human reason and not faith in God.

 

Whereas for the Christian who constantly makes statements through faith citing the authority of God’s Word as his source and whose actions show he trusts in God, such Christian would always defeat the devil, overcome whatever arrows or spiritual afflictions the devil throws at him to lead a victorious life in Christ.

 

Such individual is not afraid of whatever problems may arise because he understands the devil is the source of the problem and he always enforces his victory over the devil in Jesus Christ through the authority of His Name because Jesus Christ gave us this victory at Calvary and rose again three days later to prove He is the Messiah.

 

Consequently, this individual would NEVER compromise his faith to sin, offend God and grieve the Holy Spirit because he understands there is no desperate or emergency situation in his life that God cannot fix for him.

 

His trust in God is total and God cannot fail such individual who lives by faith in Jesus Christ the Son of God.

 

Are you a Christian who has blamed God for your problems? Repent genuinely today, ask God for mercy and forgiveness and ask Him to show you in His Word in the Bible what the solution to the problem is and do EXACTLY what His Word says.

 

Thereafter, thank and worship the Lord God Who would respond to resolve the problem for you no matter what it is.

 

And don’t ever make such mistake again of blaming God since you now know God is NOT the cause of any problem for any individual including you BUT He is the Solution to all problems including yours.

 

Jesus Christ is coming shortly to take in Rapture ONLY those who are qualified according to His righteous standards in the Holy Bible.

 

Are you living a genuine life as His disciple? Are you ready for Him? Repent and come to Jesus today, for tomorrow may be too late for you.

 

Once Jesus takes away His children, the entire earth would come under God’s wrath and Divine judgement in a most terrible manner never experienced before.

 

Why do you risk your life in sin, risk the grave danger, pain and suffering ahead and risk ultimately damning your soul forever in the lake of fire?
