DO YOU REALLY TRUST GOD?

John 3:5-7 (AMPC)
“Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind and do not rely on your own insight or understanding.
 
6 In all your ways know, recognize, and acknowledge Him, and He will direct and make straight and plain your paths.
 
7 Be not wise in your own eyes; reverently fear and worship the Lord and turn [entirely] away from evil. [Prov. 8:13.]
 
 
Dear people of God, some Christians get into trouble with God because they fail to rely totally on Him but rely instead on their own understanding.
 
I once had a conversation with a young man who is currently undertaking part-time University studies. He plans to get a job after his graduation in the year 2023.
 
When he told me his age in response to my enquiry, I told him by the time he graduated his age would be above what organizations require for fresh graduates.
 
He then told me that he would reduce his age to 22 years since he looks young physically. I then asked him if he was a Christian and he said yes. I asked him why he would profess Christianity and want to do such by reducing his age to get a job but he tried to justify it.
 
I told him that for him to even consider such action shows he did not have trust in God to help him.
 
I took time to mention to him what it takes to be a Christian and to be successful in this life and he must never for once ever think it is by his strength he achieved anything in life and he must not only follow God wholeheartedly, he must acknowledge God in all his ways as the Holy Bible states.
 
I told him he must always be grateful to God for every achievement in his life, uncompromisingly obey God according to His Word and he should be sure that God would bless Him.
 
Dear friend, I ask you today, do you really trust God, or do you think you must do things on your own because God would not come to your aid?
 
If God does not come to your aid, it can NEVER be His fault. I repeat, if God does not come to your aid, it can NEVER be His fault.
 
God operates on principles and laws, which He cannot violate. Once your life is consistent and aligned with God’s principles and laws, His blessings MUST flow into your life.
 
God has laid out His principles and laws in His Word in the Holy Bible. He has given you the ability to read and understand His Word. Once you study, meditate, believe, confess and uncompromisingly obey God’s Word, you must obtain the promised blessing from God.
 
It is that simple.
 
Jesus’ coming for His children in the Rapture is imminent. Are you His child or are you born again? Are you ready for Him?
 
Come to Jesus Christ the Word of God today and now, for tomorrow or later may be too late for you.
 
May the good Lord bless you as you heed His Word today, act on it and share with others in Jesus’ Merciful Name, Amen.
