THE SIGNS OF JESUS THE KING’S COMING

Matthew 24:6-8 (AMPC)
“And you will hear of wars and rumours of wars; see that you are not frightened or troubled, for this must take place, but the end is not yet.
 
7 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and earthquakes in place after place;
 
8 All this is but the beginning [the early pains] of the birth pangs [of the intolerable anguish].”
 
Dear people of God, the King Jesus Christ is coming.
 
While people all over the world are deliberating the appropriateness or otherwise of the Russian-Ukrainian war, God’s Word is being fulfilled as seen in today’s lead Holy Bible text.
 
With non-Christians, this is just a war. Even amongst some Christians, there are some who haven’t realized how close we are to the imminent return of the Lord Jesus Christ to take in Rapture His qualified children.
 
Many would want to argue for me to prove to them where the Russian-Ukrainian war is stated explicitly in the Holy Bible.
 
While I have given you God’s Word above, take note that it is not my duty to prove to you to believe God’s Word.
 
Nowhere in God’s Word are Christians commanded to prove God’s Word or convert souls to God.
 
A Christian’s duty as commanded by the Lord in Mark 16:15 is to go to all nations to preach God’s Word to every creature of the whole human race.
 
The Holy Spirit will convict the hearers of God’s Word while the hearers’ responsibility is either to believe or reject God’s Word they have heard.
 
The Lord Jesus Christ has stated clearly in Mark 16:17-18 the signs that would accompany those who believe and accept God’s Word.
 
Additionally, the Lord states clearly in Mark 16:16 that those hearers who believe God’s Word and are baptised would be saved while anyone who rejects the Gospel, the Truth of God’s Word would be condemned.
 
Dear friend, my admonition to you reading this message and to all non-Christians is that everything written in the Holy Bible is True and would be fulfilled as majority have been fulfilled already.
 
Jesus’ return for Rapture is imminent and would surely happen because God’s Word says so.
 
What would you do with this information? Would you do as Jesus has commanded to believe and be saved or would you reject it only to regret later when it eventually happens?
 
The choice is yours.
 
Come to Jesus Christ the Word of God today and now, for tomorrow or later may be too late for you.
 
May the good Lord bless you as you heed His Word today, act on it and share with others in Jesus’ Most Holy Name, Amen.

HOW DO YOU CONTROL VIOLENCE IN PEOPLE?

Hebrews 12:14 (AMPC)  “ Strive to live in peace with everybody and pursue that consecration  and holiness without which no one will [ever] see the Lord.”   Dear people of God, I read sometime in December 2019 ago of a police inspector in Nigeria who shot and killed his colleague, a corporal, and the same shot injured another colleague, a deputy Superintendent of police after which the police inspector took his own life.   What could have led to such violence?   I also read of another unfortunate story of a lady killed December 25, 2019, Christmas Day, by her husband who had beaten her to a coma and then ran away after discovering what he had done. The police have since found and arrested him.   Reports have it that the man was fond of beating his late wife at the slightest provocation, which has eventually led to her death in this latest incident.   Again, what could have caused this incessant violence?   Medical experts claim that humans have 2 s...

GOD CANNOT VIOLATE HIS WORD

  Psalm 89:34  “My covenant I will not violate, nor will I alter the utterance of My lips.” Dear people of God, today’s lead Bible text in Psalm 89:34 is a profound statement by God Almighty and Father of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. What this statement from God means is that there is nothing He has said in His Word that He will fail to perform. A sensible Christian who understands this will look for what God has said by careful, meditative study of God’s Word found only in the Holy Bible, thank God joyously for it, claim it and God will surely perform what His Word has stated.
