EVERY GOOD GIFT AND EVERY PERFECT GIFT IS FROM GOD

James 1:17 (NKJV)

“Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.”

 

Dear people of God, I have read this Scripture severally in the past but just last night during my family prayer time, the Lord gave me a new and wonderful perspective to this Scripture.

 

When God’s Word says EVERY good gift and EVERY perfect gift is from above and from God, it means there is no exception to this.

 

ALL that is good and ALL that is perfect comes from God.

 

What this means in essence is that the individual who seeks for any good and any perfect gift from anywhere else OUTSIDE OF God would NEVER get it.

 

It may appear that this is not the case for people who are ritualists and occultists because their gifts come from satan. But when you closely examine their lives particularly at the end, what you would see is a sad life of doom and gloom.

 

The same satan who gave them the pseudo good and perfect gift would make their lives miserable with demands for human blood and more human blood on a regular schedule.

 

The occultist must pay to renew the blood covenant with satan with his family members’ blood through ungodly sacrifices SPIRITUALLY that results in the untimely death of each of the family members PHYSICALLY.

 

BUT for the individual whose good gift and perfect gift is from God Almighty and Father of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, the end for such person is always glorious.

 

However, there is just one condition the person must fulfil to attain this and it is not difficult to attain, which is, simple, strict and genuine obedience to God’s Word in the Holy Bible.

 

Dear friend, what is the good gift and perfect gift that all humans desire in this world? I can start with wealth or money, a common problem with majority.

 

Let me list some other good gifts and perfect gifts human beings desire:

 

• Divine health

• Divine protection.

• A peaceful home

• A flourishing business

• An excellent job

• God-fearing Children

• A God-fearing spouse

• God-fearing family, relatives, friends, acquaintances

• Etc, etc

 

Is there any one of these that could be obtained from satan? The answer is an obvious no.

 

Since that is the case, then it simply means it is a waste of precious time for any normal human being to go meet his fellow human to introduce him or her to a cult or secret society for the purpose of obtaining the things that can only come from God.

 

Today’s lead Holy Bible text is very clear on this matter - “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.”

 

To know how to get this, just do what the Lord Jesus Christ says in Matthew 6:33, “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.”

 

Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere for what only the Lord Jesus Christ can give you.

 

May the good Lord bless you as you heed His Word today, act on it and share with others in Jesus’ Mighty Name, Amen.

HOW DO YOU CONTROL VIOLENCE IN PEOPLE?

  Psalm 89:34  “My covenant I will not violate, nor will I alter the utterance of My lips.” Dear people of God, today’s lead Bible text in Psalm 89:34 is a profound statement by God Almighty and Father of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
