THE ROCK THAT NEVER FAILS!!!

Psalm 18:1-2 (AMPC)
“I LOVE You fervently and devotedly, O Lord, my Strength.
 
2 The Lord is my Rock, my Fortress, and my Deliverer; my God, my keen and firm Strength in Whom I will trust and take refuge, my Shield, and the Horn of my salvation, my High Tower.” 
 
Dear people of God, one of the day in 2019 as I was beginning my 12 noon prayer, I felt such great joy within me as I thought of how God’s Word can NEVER fail.
 
It is amazing how many of us miss God’s best simply because we either ignore His Word or we treat it with levity.
 
God’s Words in the Holy Bible are Spirit and Life, and anyone who finds it has found life. This is because God’s Word carries anointing and He connects with us by His Spirit to our spirit through His Word.
 
You must deliberately fall in love with God’s Word to understand how Great God is, how Mighty He is and How Majestic He is.
 
You must learn to meditate on God’s Word to connect with Him.
 
Take note that through the Lord Jesus Christ, God has given us every blessing we require in this life.
 
How do I know this? It is God’s Word that tells us this in Ephesians 1:3, “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ.”
 
How very easy it is to miss this very powerful Scripture when we focus on the things that distract us on a daily basis and not God’s Word that edifies and blesses us.
 
I urge you today, dear friend, to see God as your Father, your Rock, the One Who alone can take you out of that untoward situation into the very best He has for you in Christ.
 
The very best God has is for His children who belong to Christ Jesus. It is your God-given right to achieve victory in every area of your life when you are in Christ and are living in righteous obedience to His commands.
 
Living in righteous obedience to Christ’s commands means you believe every Word He has spoken and you obey without question. This is then counted for you as righteousness just as it was for Abraham our father in faith – Romans 4:20-22.
 
My prayer is that God would open your eyes of spiritual understanding as a Christian to believe His Word and reap the full benefits of a child of God in this life and eternal life in the world to come.
 
My prayer for the non-Christian who is reading this message is that God would pour out His Spirit upon you as you read and hear His Word to open your eyes of spiritual understanding to realize that outside of the Lord Jesus Christ, there is no hope for any person.
 
Christ alone is the Way, the Truth and the Life, and no human reaches God Almighty except through Christ – John 14:6.
 
May the good Lord bless you as you heed His Word today, act on it and share with others in Jesus’ Most Righteous Name, Amen.

HOW DO YOU CONTROL VIOLENCE IN PEOPLE?

Hebrews 12:14 (AMPC)  “ Strive to live in peace with everybody and pursue that consecration  and holiness without which no one will [ever] see the Lord.”   Dear people of God, I read sometime in December 2019 ago of a police inspector in Nigeria who shot and killed his colleague, a corporal, and the same shot injured another colleague, a deputy Superintendent of police after which the police inspector took his own life.   What could have led to such violence?   I also read of another unfortunate story of a lady killed December 25, 2019, Christmas Day, by her husband who had beaten her to a coma and then ran away after discovering what he had done. The police have since found and arrested him.   Reports have it that the man was fond of beating his late wife at the slightest provocation, which has eventually led to her death in this latest incident.   Again, what could have caused this incessant violence?   Medical experts claim that humans have 2 s...

GOD CANNOT VIOLATE HIS WORD

  Psalm 89:34  “My covenant I will not violate, nor will I alter the utterance of My lips.” Dear people of God, today’s lead Bible text in Psalm 89:34 is a profound statement by God Almighty and Father of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. What this statement from God means is that there is nothing He has said in His Word that He will fail to perform. A sensible Christian who understands this will look for what God has said by careful, meditative study of God’s Word found only in the Holy Bible, thank God joyously for it, claim it and God will surely perform what His Word has stated.
